The 7.62x25 Tokarev round fired by these weapons does not seem to deal quite the damage against armor that it should, the PPsh honestly deserves a buff to the point it's extremely dangerous at CQB thanks to good armor piercing abilities. The damage as of now could be improved since the PPsh and TT-33 only see combat against targets with body armor, which should cause the bullet to not overpenetrate.

Re: PPSh\TT-33
Not sure about other armies, but the US military at least uses body armor that protects to Type IV standard, i.e. against a .30-06 AP round at point blank. A 7.62x25 would not pose much of an issue, so I wouldn't see much of a reason to give it less damage loss vs. armor. Its kinetic energy is also very similar to a 9mm, not different enough from other pistol-caliber rounds to justify a base damage increase either IMO.
