If you know how to use the crosshairs on the grenade launcher, you can place dead-on shots up until 160m, not dead-on but close shots up until 320m.
Your crosshair looks like this:

When you are aiming make sure that the target is between the two vertical stripes. Also to be as precise as possible after stopped moving and started aiming wait for about 5 seconds or else the grenade will go slightly left or right from your target.
The horizontal stripes helps you to aim. Each level of horizontal stripes represent a certain distance. This means if you know the distance between you and your target (or if you can estimate accurately) then the target's feet or lower body has to be between the 2 vertical stripes and at the horizontal stripes of the right distance. You shouldnt aim for head or upper body, the best is if you aim for the ground right where your target stands.
The distances of the horizontal stripes are as following:

Each level of horizontal stripes are 10m away from each other.
This means if your target is lets say 50m away then the feet of your enemy, or the ground has to be here:

If your target is further away than 80m then all you have to do is integrate as much imaginary horizontal stripes as you have to. If your target is 90m away you add one more level of hor.stripes to the bottom of the 80m one:

This way you can place dead on shots up to 160m.
At 240m the grenade would land in a 20-30m radius of your target at 320m it can be up to 40m, but in this case aiming a little higher may sometimes help a bit.
Hope you find this useful
