Hey PR crew thanks for the release of 0.75.But it could be nice,you could give me a answer,on why you have removed the flashbangs from the officer/spec ops,and ammo from the automatic rifleman?.I loved the flashbangs!.And think they gived a nice tweak on the gameplay(for thoose there,used them).Specialy in city maps with lots of buildings like Al Bashra.I used them alot in Al Bashra,to clear houses and building(where i thougt or know there could be,or was civilians),isted of kill the 3 insurgent,inside plus the civi with a grenade.I also had a pretty good succes,with going in and knife the nearly blinded civis,and celleaders,with a lot of luck,and skills 8) ).
The other thing is that,
i think that the ammobag,there has been given to the rifleman(with scope))is a "Killer" on the gameplay :( .The rifleman(with scope)has always had a advange in his scope.He is in matter of fact a"headshot machine :twisted: ".And now he has been a"head machine" with ammo=unlimitied grenades/Ammo :( ...And whats about the,old rifleman"with ammo"?.Who want to play that kit,when they can get the exactly same equitmens,as the old rifleman"with ammo",but now with a scope.I is aware of the diffrents between the scoped,and non scoped rifle,isent that big.But it is still there.Both in recoil,and sight.I think you should give the automatic rifleman his ammobag back,and remove the ammobag from the rifleman"with scope",to get a more balanced gameplay.Malick Corr"aka"Outstander

The flashbangs were unrealistic, not effective at all. Also, on night maps, you could "blind" yourself and see everything better.

Hello Outstander, welcome to the forums.

Flashbangs were removed until we get a decent effect for them that last longer and make it useful.

The reasons behind the riflemans ammo bag change were posted in several other threads. Basically we just want to give the players the option to chose between optics and ironsights. Some like one and some like the other in different scenarios, so either one is fine. Ammo bag gives less ammo now, so it's not uber. You can find more ammo in the bunkers/firebases, truck/helicopters supply crates and the new jeeps/apcs ammo boxes.

The automatic riflemans had ammo before to make it a more desired kit, but now with the new suppression effects, there's no need for that. Also he's already carrying a lot of ammo and would be unrealistic to have him carrying even more. It was time to remove it.

Also, if you call for ammo, automatic riflemen show up as having it. I thought them having ammo was to counter this, as they didn't have ammo in .5.
