4 ammo crates for chinook
simple suggestion, just give the chinook 4 crates instead of the 1 the other choppers carry. this way it can offload 2 crates to 2 different locations so 2 firebases can be built. it would definitly add more functionality to the chinook. or atleast give it 2 if not 4.

4 seems a little excessive, or at least we should see what its like with 2, I mean we don't actually know how many chinooks are going to be on a map at a time do we?

we plan 2, no more. 4 would mean the chopper could essentially get 2 FOs built on its own before returning to base... too much, 1 is more than enough.

2 is certainly fair. I wonder if there will be compromises with the Chinhook for being so awesome. Max spawn (I've been led to believe we have about 8 IRL), longer spawn....of course the size is quite a compromise when many bullets are flying in the direction.

2 crates sounds enough. But will it get chance to use them, surely the thing will be the biggest bullet magnet on the map

Be cool if you could pick up light vehicles with it. 
Would solve all the abandoned Humvees and trucks all over the map. Would be a godsend on Kashan which always turns into a light vehicle boneyard. Probably impossible to program however.

From what I'm reading here, half the people on the server would rather watch it flying than shoot it 
(Uhm, yea, half the people on a server are friendlies anyway...)
Uhm... 2 crates sounds okay.
Picking up vehicles is impossible.
Though it could spawn a vehicle in addition to the crates. A simple jeep. Only one at a time. But I guess the problem is: what happens to the jeep when another jeep is dropped? Instant explosion? Seems impossible to do, too.

But the fact it is a huge machine compartively makes it not unbalanced IMO, maybe not 4, but 2.
