Multiple Launch Rocket System(MLRS)

I'm wondering if it is EVEN possible to add this to PR. If it is we could use this on Kashan, one or two off them for Artillery, while the MEC have the Russian equivalent.

What do you guys think?

I checked the *** Thread. Wasn't in there.

Resuggestion, falls under mobile artillery

PR maps = 4k max

Range of this thing is like 16k isn't it?

Bit overkill

offmap support might not be doable either, I'm not sure, but spawning rockets to arrive on target might only be doable in local.

I'm pretty sure it has been mentioned before, even though its not in the *** thread.

And I hope you know that the effective range of the MLRS is around 30km-45km, so they would be off map by at least 26km.

Range isn´t a good example, cos hellfires have 8km range irl and the AIM 120 around 60km. However while it would be cool it might be a little overkill.

If the range is that long, I can see these things being abused. I remember in FH people "pixle aiming" the artillery to that it would land hits on enemy assets at the main base. It was annoying as hell.

You can (almost?)do that with the old Anti-Air things on the hill next to the Chinese main on Qwai.
