We're very much aware that we appear to have gone into "radio silence" since the patch last week, and I apologise for a lack of more concrete information at this time.
We are currently forwarding all the comments made with reference to the latest patch to the development team and we expect to receive an update on the next steps in the near future.
Once again, we can hardly avoid knowing the general consensus on the latest patch from the forum community here and we are making sure the right people know about it. The lack of information coming from us is certainly not ideal at present and we will be recitfying that situation.

EA speak out on 1.3 ballsup
This is the only word out of them, a reply in the standard EA forums in the middle of a thread. No time on the job, but it will be interesting to know the gap between working PR at 1.3 and then the devs on PRMM having to go to work all again to fix the problems the patch of the patch causes when they bring it out finally!

[R-DEV]Jaymz: That has to be...the most epic response to a welcome thread I have ever seen. [R-CON]Mr.D ladies and gentlemen!

i am aware of thier technical support "radio Silence" as they have yet to respond to any of my six emails.
Harrod200:"Fire.exe has committed an illegal operation and has been shut down"
Raniak : "Warning: May crash if fired upon."
M4sherman: "like peter pan but with tanks"

Maybe your emails are in the wrong language? maybe you should start sending them in every language in the world until they finally are able to read your email and respond (don't forget to put some simple english details in each one so when they finally get the sarcasm.....)
unfortunately the members then proceded to turn that thread in question into a Little Britain gay joke :

As this is not directly related to BF2 it's best locked here.
We're aware of the lack of response to issue-related threads at present and we're hoping for more information to give you guys in the near future.

probably.
i read it as they are admitting that they have been lax in thier customer support.

But their customer and community support is sadly lacking. How can you treat the press so well (who you're "losing" money to) and the community so badly (who are making you the money). I've been on both sides of EA's "support", and it still confuses me.
Its cause the press greases the wheels, puts on high scoring reviews, and awesome previews, they have to keep going back to them. Once you buy the game, your in their pocket.
