I've played several times today/yesterday on RAMIEL. After a short period of time my computer will FREEZE and I will get looping sounds, however if I wait long enough it eventually ends and I lose connection to the server. however before this (not right at the start of the map usually) it will begin to "lag" in a sense before totally freezing like detailed above. This has happened in the city area, in the hills area, and in the main area in APC's and on foot(Note: there was an empty APC at main). The most interesting complication though is that this NEVER happens on the insurgent side.
When I froze and exited PR, I used BF2cleaner to clean my video cache and returned to the server(chicago HC Insurgency) and came in insurgents. I did a little infantry action and also drove a bomc car through the city, and the mountains and then back into the city where I kamakazed on a Humvee
. I switched sides to get back with my squad and soon after froze. I was fed up by this point. Ramiel is the only map that this error occurs on so far.Steps to Reproduce:
1.Be American on Ramiel, and go about your business until you get LAWLPWND by Bf2.
