Looks sexy, but we should REALLY change the printing on those "PROJECT REALITY" banners.. lol. Looks WAY too cheesy, especially with so many of them.

Are the roads supposed to be that dark? Or is it because lighting isn't done? I was actually born in Hainan, and I've been to Sanya on vacation. Not to intentionally be a ****, but the map doesn't quite give me the feel of Hainan as I remembered it (I haven't been back in a while). However, I suppose that given the little amount of variety in statics to work with, the map turned out to be great. GJ.

considering i'm using mostly middle eastern statics, i think the map is quite chinese... tho maybe it's because I actually get to walk around it. it certainly feels like you are at least in a video game version of it.
actually i think the veg is a pretty damn good mix maybe the bamboo isn't needed but other then that it looks good at a distance and good up close. It is also in the ballpark of what the real life veg is.
then again, my view is bias by default, I should probably release the map to get some real opinions.

Bamboo is pretty realistic since it just grows anywhere. Its more the Weeping and the Palm Trees that dont really fit in that area, Weeping likes to grow next to water and Palm trees well, meh
