Looking good, It's nice to see your progression from all nine pages at once. I remember my first attempt at a map.... ...and I don't wanna talk about it.

LOL And we relate on the same scale here. My first " masterpeice" looked like a pile of dog ****. :-P Dont take it too serious, and experiment. Thats what I did, then you start wanting to learn specifics. This is only my second try at a map, but I only work on it when I feel like it, and it works great for me.

the fog needs to matchthe bottom of the skydome or it will look really wired, like it dose at the mo.

also looks like you need to fix your low detail maps.

:P Im not quite sure I understand what your saying. Their is a big difference in vegitated type maps and urban maps, usually neither are combined. Im glad you like it though.

Yeah, nice so far, Dylan.

Your lowdetailtextures do look a bit wierd though, looks too blurry and featureless.

I fixed it. I had the grass at 3 (lol) but it was supposed to be at 1. I talked to Rhino about it and it made a big difference. Im working on texturing around the buildings a bit so they arent sitting in mud.

The fog color is tweaked...I think it looks "funky" because now its not fog, but it blends into the background a bit better. Was it worth it?

EDITED!!!

bump. I added ambient noises now, and they work really well. I just have minor tweaking to do and they will be perfect.
