if its up to the player why ask for an "increase" in fire rate, shouldnt your finger be enough? maybe do some finger exercises to increase its muscle mass maybe.
that makes no sense, anyone else understand this?
where did he say anything about 0.75?
he means you cant have 2 fire rates for single fire obviously, you would need 2 fire rates as exactly like the M16.
we are apparently not understanding eachother.
1. I understand what you mean, but you're wrong. You get close quarter combat A LOT in PR, which is 10-1 ft engagements. For 20 ft engagements or longer, just fire slower... click the mouse slower. Understand?
2. You're wrong again, no matter how fast you click the the mouse, you can fire only at a certain fire rate. You have to admit, you can't fire as fast as in those videos waaah wah posted (thanks for that btw). obviously muscle mass has nothing to do with this

.
3. What I mean, by my 3rd statement is that you can have good engagements (fire slowly) at long range, and you can have good engagements at close quarters (fire fast) IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW FAST YOU CLICK)
4. HE didn't say anything about .75, I'M saying, make fire rates like how they were in .75. And you don't have to make 2 fire rates for single shot, once again, IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW FAST YOU CLICK.
I'm mostly stressing the pistol idea. I dont use Assault rifles at close range in semi auto, so forget that, but in contrast to the videos that waaah wah posted, you certainly see that the fire rate for the pistols are very slow in PR.
